LLMIT – Lloyd’s and London Market Introductory Test
Lloyd’s took the decision to discontinue the Lloyd’s and London Market Introductory Test (LLMIT) earlier this year with the last test happening on December 31st 2015.
In order to help candidates who take the exam prior to 31st December but unfortunately do not achieve a pass, we have now opened a resit period, from January 1st 2016 to March 30th 2016.
This will be the final opportunity for any candidate to pass the test before the product is discontinued. This is only available for RESIT attempts, and not for first attempts at the examination.
In order for students to be able to retake the exam during this period they must:
- have a valid exam voucher code
- have a valid eLearning Course Code
- have purchased a resit exam voucher code from www.mindhub.co.uk
- have previously attempted the exam prior to December 31st 2015.
Resit vouchers are available to purchase for www.mindhub.co.uk from January 1st 2016 until 29th March 2016.
Test centres can be found following this link, with the closest venues in the city being Old Broad Street, Ensign Street or High Holborn. Please ensure you book your exam as soon as possible as availability could become limited in some testing centres.
The Lloyd's building also hosts a test centre for individuals working near Lloyd’s, dates for the exam sittings will be available in the New Year at this link.
LLMIT study material is no longer available to purchase, therefore for any students wishing to study about the London market, we are recommending study via the CII programmes, Award in London Market insurance (ALMI) LM1 and LM2.
