PRMIA Certification Exams
To register for a PRMIA examination you must use your PRMIA ID number provided in your exam authorization email. If you do not have this number, please contact PRMIA.
The Professional Risk Manager (PRMTM) Designation is a globally recognized, graduate-level risk management credential. Today's Risk Professionals are expected to know and understand industry best practices and be committed to using them. There is no better way for risk managers to show their commitment than by proving that they have the knowledge, skills, and qualifications to back their experience.
The Associate Professional Risk Manager (Associate PRM) is a PRMIA certificate program intended for staff entering the risk management profession, or those who interface with risk management disciplines on a regular basis, such as auditing, accounting, legal, and systems personnel who want to understand fundamental risk management methods and practices.
The Operational Risk Manager (ORM) Certificate is designed to deliver a deep, practical understanding of operational risk management frameworks and measurement methodologies in financial institutions. Successful candidates will be better prepared to implement meaningful risk assessment initiatives, produce useful risk management information and understand basic modeling techniques for operational risk measurement.
The Credit and Counterparty Risk Manager (CCRM) Certificate is designed to deliver a deep, practical understanding of credit risk analysis frameworks and how to deploy them and act on them in practice in financial institutions. Successful candidates will be better prepared to implement meaningful risk assessment initiatives, produce useful risk management information, and understand the key modeling techniques for credit risk measurement.
The Market, Liquidity and Asset Management Risk Manager (MLARM) Certificate is designed to deliver a deep, practical understanding of these areas of risk management, their frameworks, and various measurement methodologies in financial institutions. Successful candidates will be better prepared to implement the processes, procedures and policies around these areas, as well as gain a deep overview of the related tools and techniques.

PRMIA examinations can only be taken by individuals who enroll with PRMIA for the program. Once approved by PRMIA, candidates will be authorized to test with Pearson VUE. To enroll visit prmia.org/Public/Certification_Program_Enrollment.aspx
Exam Calculator Update
The calculator is modeled after the Texas Instruments TI-30XS. If you wish to familiarize yourself with the way this calculator functions prior to your exam, please download the Pearson VUE tutorial and practice exam.
Once downloaded, begin the practice exam. On one of the items, you will see a calculator tab on the top left of the screen. Simply click on the tab. The calculator is displayed so you can practice using it.
